SECTION 1: RECOGNIZING YOUR POWER

1. What have you always known about yourself but hesitated to fully claim?
Write down the qualities, talents, and instincts that make you undeniable. What have you always felt deep inside but struggled to own?

2. What moments in your life have proven that you are capable of more than you realized?
Think of times when you surprised yourself, overcame a challenge, or tapped into something deeper than you expected.

3. What compliments or affirmations have you dismissed, even though they rang true?
List things people have told you about your power, talent, or energy that you haven’t fully accepted. Why have you been hesitant to believe them?

SECTION 2: RELEASING THE FEAR OF SUCCESS

4. If you weren’t afraid of being seen, what would you step into right now?
What vision, opportunity, or risk have you been holding back from? What would change if you fully embraced it?

5. What narratives have made you believe that success comes at a cost you’re not willing to pay?
Do you associate success with loneliness, judgment, pressure, or failure? Write out any limiting beliefs you’ve internalized.

6. How has downplaying yourself kept you comfortable? And how has it held you back?
What have you avoided, ignored, or delayed because stepping up felt too big? What would be possible if you let that fear go?

SECTION 3: WALKING INTO IT FULLY

7. What does the version of you who fully owns her power look like?
Describe her—how she moves, how she speaks, what she no longer tolerates, what she attracts into her life.

8. What is one small yet bold action you can take this week to step into her energy?
It doesn’t have to be massive—just something that shifts you closer to embodying your highest self.

9. If you believed you were fully supported, how would you move differently?
Write down the decisions you’d make if you had nothing holding you back—mentally, emotionally, or externally.

FINAL NOTE:

Read back through your answers. Underline the truths that stand out to you. The power you’re waking up to isn’t new—it’s been within you all along, waiting for you to stop second-guessing it.

What’s one sentence you’re taking from this worksheet as your reminder for the week?
(Write it down. Say it out loud. Let it be your anchor.)
