Best Self Help Books for Women: Overcoming Self-Doubt and Building Confidence

Growing up, I was an avid reader, but all the books I wanted to read were romantic novels….and the occasional crime and thriller novel…hello Sidney Sheldon. I was never into the idea of reading about Personal Self Improvement….I thought that was for rich or poor dads who wanted to talk about chicken soup. As I grew and encountered life challenges, I moved through life, solving problems on my own, or sometimes with the help of a family member. I figured that this was what life was until I encountered a challenge that I was unable to solve on my own, and no one around me had the answers, nor the experience that would solve this particular issue. Personal growth and development are essential aspects of our lives that require attention and nurturing, and while going through a journey of transformation, I was fortunate enough to be referred a book that offered guidance on navigating this particular challenge and others which were unique to women's experiences.
